  • Thorough understanding of corporate and employee needs
  • Minimum 5 years of previous sales experience
  • Professional and personable mannerisms
  • Able to generate creative solutions for unique corporate needs
  • Well organized and detail oriented
  • Strong sense of urgency and drive to meet or exceed targets
  • Outstanding sales skills and able to develop a large client base
  • Must be a strong team player
  • Motivated by strong commission-based salary
