Position Responsibilities
- Offer customized solutions to corporations based on their needs
- Work with WaySpa executives to ensure solutions fit with corporate positioning and goals
- Approach potential corporate clients
- Maintain a close relationship with corporate clients
Ideal Candidate
- Thorough understanding of corporate and employee needs
- Minimum 5 years of previous sales experience
- Professional and personable mannerisms
- Able to generate creative solutions for unique corporate needs
- Well organized and detail oriented
- Strong sense of urgency and drive to meet or exceed targets
- Outstanding sales skills and able to develop a large client base
- Must be a strong team player
- Motivated by strong commission-based salary
