Position Responsibilities
- Offer customized solutions to spas
- Act as the liaison between corporate partners, Marketing and Development teams
Ideal Candidate
- At least 2 years experience in account management position
- Drive to understand and satisfy the needs of all parties involved in the partnership
- Well organized and detail oriented
- Strong relationship builder
- Ability to create strong solutions quickly
- Works well under pressure
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must be a strong team player
- Understanding of spa industry an asset
