Position Responsibilities
- Provides high quality service to consumer clients
- Successfully book consumers into Day, Hotel and Resort Spas
- Understand the product being sold
- Coordinate group bookings (4-25 people)
Ideal Candidate
- At least 2 years experience as a booking or travel agent.
- Knowledge of the internet and how to use a web browser
- Well organized and detail oriented
- Strong sense of urgency and drive to meet or exceed targets
- Outstanding sales skills and able to develop a large client base
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must be a strong Team Player
